More About Melody Gross

Melody is the founder and CEO of Courageous SHIFT, a domestic violence coaching and consulting company. She provides life coaching to women who have left abusive relationships and consults companies on getting buy-in from their employees and implementing domestic violence policies. Melody is an advocate, coach, consultant, keynote speaker, and writer. She is the mom to the awesome KGB. Originally from Harlem, New York, Melody is a witness to and survivor of domestic violence. After leaving her abusive relationship of three years, she made the decision that empowering others to escape and remove the stigma around domestic violence is her life’s work. The Eva Lee Parker Fund is an extension of that work.
