More About Coléa

Coléa (they/them) is a Charlotte, NC native who is deeply passionate about self-care and community care. They believe that the movement for liberation & equality cannot keep its momentum without taking care of oneself and fellow community members. Their personal favorite modalities of healing and care are yoga, naps (even better if in the sun), reading, drinking water, and caring for their pup & plants. Since recently realizing they are an introvert, after a lifetime of thinking they were a terrible extrovert, they’ve relished in stayng home trying different plant-based recipes and generally minding their business. Coléa is grateful to have so much capability, compassion, and commitment to offer their community!
